Yoga for baitcasters

Baitcasting places repetitive strain on the shoulder, forearm, lower back, and legs due to constant casting and long hours of standing. Yoga helps counteract these stresses by improving spinal mobility, shoulder flexibility, and hip function. Targeted strength poses build stability for controlled casting and fighting strong fish. Stretching tight muscle groups reduces imbalance and lowers the risk of overuse injuries. Even short, regular sessions can enhance performance, recovery, and long-term durability on the water.

Here is a 10 minutes workout created for baitcasters. Enjoy and Namaste!
